Idaho lumber business sues Massachusetts marijuana firm over logo similarity
Published 1 min ago
A Boise, Idaho-based lumber company is suing New England Treatment Access (NETA), a Massachusetts medical and recreational cannabis company, for trademark infringement.

The Daily Hampshire Gazette of Northampton, Massachusetts, reported the Boise Cascade Co. claims it has been using its “Tree-in-a-Circle” logo since 1964 and that NETA’s logo is “confusingly similar” to its own.
